Beyond your legal right of withdrawal (see our Right of Withdrawal page), here's how returns and exchanges work in practice.

How to Start a Return

1. Email Spezkr@seznam.cz with your order number and reason.
2. We'll confirm and send return instructions and address.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of confirmation.
4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as described and photographed at time of sale. Normal signs of prior use, as disclosed in the listing, are expected and not grounds for refusing a return.

Refunds

Issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll offer repair, replacement, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

• Standard returns (change of mind): buyer pays.
• Faulty or misdescribed items: SpezKr pays.

International Returns

Mark returned packages as "Returned goods" on any customs declaration to avoid unnecessary import charges — packages without this marking may be delayed or refused.
