Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through spezkr.com ("the Store"), operated by SpezKr s.r.o., U Borku 552, Bradlec, 293 06, Czech Republic (IČO: 24373869, DIČ: CZ24373869). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

2.1 We sell new and used military surplus equipment and tactical gear.

2.2 "New" means unissued stock, often straight from storage or manufacturer's stock — it may show light signs of storage (creasing, a faint smell from packaging) but has never been worn or used in the field. "Used" items were actually issued and worn, and are graded by condition using the following scale, shown on every used product listing:

Grade	Description
Excellent (9–10/10)	Worn but very lightly — minimal signs of use, no visible damage or heavy fading.
Very Good (7–8/10)	Clear signs of genuine use, but fully functional and free of damage — a "well cared for" issued item.
Good (5–6/10)	Noticeable wear consistent with field use — fading, minor repairs, or small marks that don't affect function.
Fair (3–4/10)	Heavier wear — visible patches, repairs, or fading. Still fully functional; priced accordingly.

2.3 Product photos on used listings represent the general condition of the item's assigned grade and are not always a photo of the exact physical unit you will receive — two items both graded "Good," for example, may show minor differences from each other. For one-off or uniquely identified items, the photographed item is the exact item you will receive, as stated on the listing. If you would like to see the exact physical item before purchasing, contact us and we will do our best to provide additional photos.

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1 Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer.

3.2 A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email after payment.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT at the applicable Czech rate, unless marked otherwise.

4.2 Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card and PayPal, via Shopify's payment options.

4.3 Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping

5.1 We ship to the Czech Republic, the EU, and internationally (including the UK, USA, and Asia) via Česká pošta and PPL — see our Payment and Shipping page for details.

5.2 Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

5.3 For shipments outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.

7. Warranty (Conformity Guarantee)

7.1 New goods carry the statutory 24-month conformity guarantee under Czech law.

7.2 For used goods, the guarantee period is shortened to 12 months from delivery, as permitted under Czech law, and as disclosed on each used product listing at the time of purchase.

7.3 This guarantee does not cover wear and damage consistent with the item's disclosed used condition at the time of sale.

8. Liability

8.1 Items sold are surplus and tactical gear intended for range use, outdoor activity, collecting, reenactment, milsim/airsoft use, and similar civilian purposes.

8.2 Plate carriers, chest rigs, and similar carrier vests sold by us provide, by themselves, absolutely no ballistic, stab, or impact protection of any kind. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, carriers are sold as load-bearing platforms only — functioning as an aesthetic filler, a training weight, or a mounting system for pouches and accessories. Any decorative or weighted plate inserts we sell (marked as such in the product listing) are for fit and weight purposes only and must never be relied upon for protection.

8.3 Genuine ballistic protection requires certified armor plates from a reputable manufacturer, tested and rated to a recognized ballistic standard (e.g. NIJ or VPAM) for the specific threat level the buyer needs, purchased separately. We do not sell certified ballistic plates unless explicitly listed and described as such, with the applicable certification stated on the product page. The buyer is solely responsible for sourcing appropriately certified protective plates before relying on any carrier for protective use, and for verifying that certification is current and suited to their intended use.

8.4 We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of load-bearing or decorative items as if they were certified protective equipment, or from any other use of our products inconsistent with their stated purpose.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers also retain the mandatory protections of their own country of residence under EU law.

9.2 Czech consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution. Consumers in other EU countries may contact their national equivalent.
