Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To withdraw, inform us with a clear written statement (email or post) before the period expires:

Effects of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra cost for a non-standard delivery method you chose), within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or you provide proof of return shipment — whichever comes first.

You bear the direct cost of return shipping, except where the item was faulty or misdescribed (see Return Policy below).

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and function — comparable to handling you'd do in a physical store. For example: trying on a jacket is fine; wearing it on a multi-day field exercise before returning it is not.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

This right does not apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Return Policy

Beyond your legal withdrawal right above, here's how returns work in practice.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Spezkr@seznam.cz with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll confirm and send return instructions and address.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of confirmation.
  4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as described and photographed at time of sale. Normal signs of prior military use, as disclosed in the listing, are expected and not grounds for refusing a return.

Refunds

Issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll offer repair, replacement, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind): buyer pays.
  • Faulty or misdescribed items: SpezKr pays.

International Returns

Mark returned packages as "Returned goods" on any customs declaration to avoid unnecessary import charges — packages without this marking may be delayed or refused.
