Original Bornack Air-Rescue Kombi SEK full body harness (Brust-/Sitz-Auffanggurt), made in Germany by Bornack, Heilbronn. It is a two-part harness: a separate chest harness and a padded sit harness, used together for air rescue and helicopter work. This is the SAR/SEK version of Bornack's air-rescue harness.
This piece was made in 2003 and is in like-new condition. The webbing is clean, the padding is intact and both yellow ID labels are fully readable. The original German instructions leaflet is included. A great piece for collectors of German police and rescue equipment, or for display alongside a uniform or kit. Genuinely was this type used by KSK and other operators!

It is past its service life as fall protection and must NOT be used for rappelling, abseiling, climbing, fall arrest, work at height or any other real-life use.
